Kiran Kaur is a reporter and newsreader working for kmfm in Kent. Kiran produces news content for radio, TV, online and newspapers, showcasing her skills as a multimedia journalist on a daily basis. She has reported on a number of high-profile stories and has also taken her work to Parliament. Kiran juggled her journalism degree at City University London with a role as magazine editor, at the tender age of just 18. Since then, she has worked for the Olympic Broadcasting Services, the Community Channel and Sunrise Radio.

This week on the show we have Indy Hothi an Economist working for EY (Ernst Young). He is the leader of a Diversity & Inclusiveness interfaith network. His leadership has resulted in the EY Sikh Network becoming one of the largest professional faith based Networks in the UK. Indy is also a trustee for international relief work organization Khalsa Aid. Indy has been actively involved with field projects in Haiti, Bosnia and coordinated the emergency relief response after the devastating earthquake in Nepal. We spoke to Indy about his life and future plans.
